At TQArt, we take immense pride in the unique, handcrafted nature of our pieces. Because our items are one-of-a-kind masterpieces, our return policy differs slightly from mass-produced goods. This policy is operated by HK MUEURO LIMITED.
1. Return Window We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Vacuum Seal Policy (Important) To ensure the absolute preservation and authenticity of our one-of-a-kind masterpieces, every TQArt piece is professionally vacuum-sealed before dispatch.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The original vacuum packaging must remain unopened and perfectly intact. Once the vacuum seal is broken, the artwork is considered “exposed” and used, and will no longer be eligible for return or refund.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original exterior packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Handcrafted Nature & Non-Returnable Scenarios
- Artistic Variations: As each TQArt piece is meticulously handcrafted, slight variations in texture, color, and form are expected and celebrated as part of the artwork’s soul. These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for a “Damaged/Defective” return.
- Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-commissioned artworks cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or using a final sale discount are non-returnable.
4. Exchanges Since every TQArt product is a unique, one-of-a-kind (1/1) edition, we cannot offer exchanges for the same item. If you wish to change your selection, you must return the original item (if eligible under our Vacuum Seal Policy) and make a separate purchase for a new piece.
5. Return Shipping Unless the return is due to a verified structural defect or a shipping error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at studio@tqart.com if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
